Terms & Conditions

Treatment:

Treatments will only be conducted if CG Massage & Movement deems the treatment safe for the client to receive

GP Consultant/permission may be required before treatments can be provided, if you are unsure as to whether you may require your GP's permission please discuss any concerns prior to booking

Cancellation policy:

A booking is confirmed once CG Massage & Movement and the client have both agreed a date, time, duration, location for a treatment

Clients are asked to provide at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or re-scheduling appointments

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur the full fee charge

Failure to attend an appointment will incur the full fee charge

If the client is more than 10 minutes late for an appointment CG Massage & Movement have the right to cancel the treatment

No additional time will be given for clients late for their appointment, the appointment will end as originally scheduled, and the full fee will be payable

CG Massage & Movement has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided, or if the therapist is taken ill. A full refund will be paid in event of cancellation by CG Massage & Movement

CG Massage & Movement commits to rearranging treatments to a new time and date within three weeks of the cancelled treatment where possible

Payment:

CG Massage & Movement accepts payment in cash, debit/credit card or bank transfer

Privacy:

Client treatment details and personal information will not be discussed with any third party without prior consent of the client

Consultation forms and treatment notes will be kept on file, securely by CG Massage & Movement in line with GDPR regulations

All clients must complete a consultation form prior to receiving a treatment

By signing the consultation form, clients are giving CG Massage & Movement permission to hold records and data about the

Young persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult

The adult must give permission for the treatment to be performed

The adult must co-sign the client’s consultation form

The adult must be present in the room throughout the treatment

Insurance:

CG Massage & Movement is fully insured by Balens Insurance
